This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). By using Sadhana, you agree to this Privacy Policy. You can use Sadhana in three different ways:
No personal data is collected. All mantras, sessions, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
When you create an account or sign in using Firebase Authentication, we collect:

We use your device’s file picker only to import JSON backup files that you select. We do not access your photos, videos, or other media files.
Guest data is stored only on your device.
Login user authentication data is securely managed by Firebase.
Purchase validation data is securely managed by RevenueCat and the app stores.
We implement reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for backing up data regularly.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. Data is shared only with trusted third parties (Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Gemini API) to deliver essential app functionality.
Our App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have data about a child under 13, contact us to remove it.
Some updates may change how data is stored. We strongly recommend creating a backup of your mantras and journal entries before updating the app.
We will notify users inside the app if an update could affect locally stored data. We are not responsible for data loss if a user chooses not to back up before updating.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, uninstallation, or user actions. Please back up your data regularly if it is important to you.
Your data may be processed and stored by Firebase, RevenueCat, and Google on servers located in various countries. These providers comply with international data protection standards.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ranchi, India.
